Materials and Techniques: Writing table of tulipwood and mahogany, shaped frieze fitted with three drawers, the reverse with an extending slide and three dummy drawers. Central drawers mounted with ormolu plaques, finely chased with interlaced foliage and sides have sprays of roses. Square tapering legs with mounts of husks and berried foliage. Sabots with upspring ing rose leaves. Top covered in stamped brown leather.
